Today I learned two new English words: infidelity and copulation. I've been such a good girl that I've never come across these words before. Until today, when I studied some method of statistical analysis on sperm count data.
The statistical analysis was about testing the hypothesis that it is evolutionary advantageous for males to (subcounsciously) increase their sperm count in proportion to the opportunities that their mate may have had for infidelity.
